Bidrage med feedbackI couldn't have been more delighted with my experience. Our server, Anthony, was outstanding. The salad prepared by Jaylen (I believe that was his name) was absolutely perfect. My only issue was that the instructor publicly called out one of the staff members for forgetting to bring pepper, which was quite embarrassing for him. I prefer that such feedback be given privately. Aside from that, everything was truly remarkable.
It's always a pleasure to secure a reservation at this unique dining spot. Experiencing the dishes crafted by the culinary arts students is a true delight. We relished all the fall and winter options, particularly the ceviche and the duck.
For my main course, I enjoyed the most tender filet mignon—so tender, in fact, that I tried cutting it with just my fork! Every bite was pure bliss for this meat-loving omnivore. I was completely satisfied but couldn’t resist ordering dessert. I treated myself to two options because life is too short to choose just one! The Chai cake with pumpkin mousse was light, flavorful, and reminded me of winter holidays in every bite. I also tried the Citrus and honey dessert, which was creamy and delicious on a cookie crust, but I ended up bringing that one home to enjoy later. Overall, it was a fantastic meal!
Everything from the salad to the penne pasta to the dessert was excellently prepared by the students.
They have chips and candy near the cashier, as well as some Dippin' Dots.
