Little Caesars Pizza - Americus

Did an online order for pickup and the line for the drive thru was super long so I tried to go inside. The door was locked an HOUR and 20 minutes BEFORE they close. There was a woman inside sweeping already and wouldn't open the door for me even though I told her it was a pickup order. She signed for me to go through the drive through. Would have left if I hadn't already paid for my order. Drive thru line took over 15 minutes to get through. When I finally got to the window I asked why they locked the door so early and the woman at the window said they do it sometimes when they get backed up? Said they just lock it for a little while, so that people don't come inside and make them backed up inside and at the drive thru. I'm sorry but it's a Saturday night so it's going to be busy. If you're backed up just tell the customers how long the wait will be so they can decide if it's worth the wait or not. Now I know why their drive thru line is always out into the parking lot.

Hate that once it's 8 pm your call will not be answered the phone just ring and rings forever no matter how many times you call. That is my only complaint that I have so far and 2 times that I got a wrong pizza and didn't check until I got

Had the worst experience I've ever had here. Came and got my kids some pizza for the dinner. Sat in the drive-thru for about 35 minutes. Then I was asked after I paid to go and park my car in the front and it should take 10 to 15 minutes and they would bring out my stuff. 25 30 35 minutes later, I walked in to ask what was going on and she just handed me my stuff. Like you had been sitting there the entire time!!!
