Nori Sushi Grill - American Fork

I’m quite disappointed with my recent experience at Nori, especially since I've always enjoyed great service in the past. I placed a $100 takeout order, and when we got home, nearly all of our rolls were soaked in a sweet sauce, making them impossible to eat with chopsticks as they just fell apart. I called to discuss the issue, and while Jared, the person I spoke with, was very kind and understanding, he wasn’t in a position to make decisions regarding our situation. At one point, I overheard him asking someone in the background, “Well, we have to help them, right?” which made it clear to me that the decision-maker wasn’t interested in assisting us at all. In the end, they offered us two free rolls, which felt quite insulting given that we had $80 worth of ruined food. I didn’t want to argue with someone who was trying to help, but I seldom leave negative reviews, and this experience has really stood out to me. It’s unfortunate, but I won’t be returning, and I want to caution others that you shouldn’t expect good customer service if something goes wrong.

Kate was amazing! The food was exceptional. She kept our drinks topped up and was incredibly friendly throughout our visit.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend it. If you're in the mood for some tasty Asian cuisine and sushi, give it a try!
