Bidrage med feedbackOverall experience felt like they were overwhelmed and two employees left during a pretty busy Rush I ordered pizza to pick up and waited 40 minutes I know it only takes about 10 minutes to cook their pizzas or less mine was a thin crust which would beabout 5 minutes. That being said I understand when there's rushes it will take more time but usually not more than 20 to 30minutes. Little Caesars has grown to be more and more frustrating and not as appetizing. I understand the price is what you getfor what you pay. I wouldn't mind if they have the price if they changed if you want things but they upped the price and didn'treally change much.
I don't know why I keep coming here but we live really close. This is the last time. Highland and Pleasant Grove locations have much better service. I ordered on the app over an hour in advance When I arrived in the drive thru I was told to come backlater as my order wasn't ready. So I drove around and went back to pick up my order. When I arrived a second time I was toldthat there was no crazy bread for my order and they would replace it with a two liter. Nope. I got a refund and went to Highlandwhere my order was ready in 10 minutes. This is not my first horrible experience here. The employees act like you are aninconvenience and have some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Changing my review from a 1 star to a 5 star. All because of Lucas. I swore I wouldn't come back here but here I was again. Lucas had an amazing attitude his service was helpful was very polite. Was super nice to my kids.. I went in to ask him his nameI was so impressed. If this location looses him. It will go back down. And the pizzas! They were actually pretty good for cheappizzas. Great amount of toppings. Thank you Lucas you're awesome.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ran here for lunch with a friend since we go to school in the parking lot and was appalled at how we were treated. Was told it would be 12 min for our pizza. Was perfect as we only had 30 minutes for lunch. Waited about20 minutes and then politely asked how much longer our pizza was gonna be which was returned with a back turned to me andcompletely acted like I didn?t exist and he walked away. Then asked another girl, sitting on her phone, how much longer ourpizza would be. She replied with a glare and said ?I don?t know.? Got our pizza about 10 minutes later. These kids need to betaught customer service for sure.
Food is standard for Ceasars, but the store management is shockingly poor. Telling customers the items they ordered are not available. Only to see other customers walk off with the same orders. The app is not accurate to when the food order is ready.Saw another customer wait 1-hour while her order was just sitting there and not marked ready for the app. Drive through alsoclosed and manager sitting in his car while his poor employee goes to call him because of all the complaints and poor trainingto the employees. Mr Diaz, your management sucks and so does your training for your poor staff. Never seen the store owner thereeither. Maybe if they gave two hoots, thier service wouldn't warrant complaints! I'll make a point of going elsewhere.
