Aubergine Kitchen - American Fork

Wow, what an incredible experience! I tried Aubergine Kitchen for lunch today, and I’m genuinely blown away by the taste and freshness of the food. I had the Parmigiana bowl with cauliflower rice, and it was absolutely delightful. The entire bowl was packed with flavor (the broccoli is on another level, seriously!) and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality and portion size. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again. *chef's kiss*

I absolutely love Aubergine for our smoothies! The ingredients are always incredibly fresh, and I really appreciate the healthier sugar substitutes. It's a treat I can give to my kids without any guilt! The store is consistently clean and well-maintained, and the service is outstanding. Our favorites are the Banana Monkey and Passion Fruit!

I've visited this restaurant twice in the past week, and I've absolutely loved it! Don't let the eggplant logo throw you off—there aren't many eggplant dishes on the menu. I ordered the Rio bowl both times. The first time, I had it with tri-tip steak, but during my second visit, I received chicken instead, even though I had requested the tri-tip once again. That’s why I’m giving it 4 stars; I had to intervene to prevent the server from adding the incorrect ingredients, and they didn’t seem very attentive. Regardless, the food is outstanding, and the restaurant is very clean! I’ll definitely be going back soon!

The restaurant was a bit crowded during lunch, but the line moved quickly, thanks to Mariah and the other talented staff behind the counter. I even had my Chicken Caprese Melt delivered to my table when it was ready. The sandwich was perfectly crafted, with the pesto sauce providing just the right amount of flavor without being overwhelming. It has a trendy vibe, but who doesn’t enjoy that every now and then? I highly recommend giving this place a try!

The cheese bread was a delightful surprise! It was my first visit to Aubergine Kitchen, and I was thoroughly impressed. The Mediterranean bowl featured a fantastic blend of flavors. I also appreciate that they don't use added sugars in their dishes. I would definitely return, as there are many enticing options on the menu!
