As for the donuts, the three workers described them as "okay," and I didn’t find anything particularly special about them. On top of that, there’s a 4% surcharge! What’s that for? The privilege of being a customer? No one should have to pay an extra fee just for shopping at a business! By the way, claiming to sell “millions” of donuts each year means you should be selling at least 3,200 donuts a day!

Well, I went at 7:00 to get three donuts for workers at AAA, but I was turned off with the attitude of the lady. Like another reviewer, “they” decided what Custard and chocolate glazed donuts and not what I really wanted. At $2.25 per donut, I don't want my decisions! Did NOT like the comment: “A Custard Donut is a Custard Donut.” I just moved to Amelia and wanted to try to support local businesses. Attitude means a lot to me. As for Donuts, the three workers said they were “okay” I don't appreciate anything special. And we charge a 4% surcharge!!! For what? The privilege of being a customer? No customer should pay a supplement for each company!!! Btw, for sale “millions” of donuts every year you should sell at least 3200 donuts per day!!!

The staff here is consistently friendly and accommodating. When putting together a selection of donuts, they always inquire about the occasion, making sure the assortment is special rather than just a haphazard mix. On top of that, the donuts are absolutely fantastic!

I had a terrible experience! I've been a fan of Marcellas Donuts for years, so when I needed donuts for my wedding in October, I thought I’d go with them. However, it turned out to be a huge hassle. When I finally met with Carmella, she was rude and dismissive. She criticized the colors I wanted for the donuts, saying they would look awful, and refused to create a donut wall because of one bad experience she had in the past. To top it off, she told me that my order of 8 dozen donuts was a waste of her time and her staff's simply because I didn’t want delivery. I left feeling frustrated and shocked. After sharing my experience with my fiancée, we encountered another customer who had a similar issue with them. Since this awful experience, I've completely canceled my order and decided to take my business elsewhere. Marcellas really needs to do better.

All the donuts are amazing. They go quick, so get there early. Everyone is so friendly
