We had an absolutely fantastic experience! After being stuck in our car for hours due to a severe storm, Michael's came to our aid. They welcomed us inside, along with our dog, who we couldn't leave behind. The staff even treated our furry friend to a meatball while we enjoyed a delicious meal. Everyone was incredibly warm and caring, ensuring that everyone who sought shelter there felt at home. The food was outstanding, but the compassion of the staff truly stood out. Michael's is fantastic! I absolutely love their chicken cacciatore; I order it every time I visit. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful dining experience.

Most importantly, the food was absolutely superb! I've never tasted a pizza so full of flavor and so perfectly fluffy—the plain pizza and the Sicilian both exceeded my expectations. Truly remarkable! I can't wait to come back! Thank you for taking such pride in your food; it’s a shame not all restaurant owners share that same level of commitment. I'm looking forward to visiting again soon!
