Little Caesars Pizza - Amarillo

Worst little ceasars pizza ever. Ordered online, got there they told me they were out of bread sticks, so they gave me cheese bread. Ordered the double pepperoni. Got it home there was maybe 8 slices of pepperoni on it. It tasted like it was sitting inthe warmer all day, same as the cheese bread. I will never go there again. Worst Little Ceasars pizza place in the UnitedStates.

Got a pizza was burnt nasty mgr need it be replaced

Placed an online order on Sunday 5:40pm. Order went through without a problem and my card was charged. When I get to the store to pickup up my pizza there was no sign of life literally. The store was closed, light off and doors locked. There wasabsolutely no sign on the door that said the store was closed. I was so confused and livid because they charged me and thestore was closed. I trying calling and the phone just rang and rang. I ended up leaving and decided to call one more time andfinally got an answer from a young man who answerd Little Ceasars on Blvd store is closed I then asked why are they takingorders online if the store was closed and he said back we have been closing early on Sunday . When I asked him where the signwas saying that he just responded all online orders are being refunded then hung up. Worst costumer service would it kill youto make a sign and not allow online orders? I was one of about 10 people confused at Little Ceasars that day and all for thesame reason.

They are advertising their new pizza creation called fanceroni pepperoni because every single inch of the pizza was covered with little pepperoni slices. I ordered that and was told it would take about 20 minutes or so. When I got home and opened upthe lid and saw that it was only 1/2 to 3/4 covered with pepperoni. I SHOULD 'VE OPENED UP THE LID BEFORE I LEFT THE PLACE.

Terrible service. In and literally nobody was there until customers go. There were 3 employees and I stood there for 10 minutes before I leaned over the counter and asked for help. I needed a hot, ready pizza. She's a man who turned around n said she'd have to wait. Very rude. My engagement went on to let him know not to talk to me Qny somehow. Then there's another employee from behind. She still looked crazy. Then what I suspect was the manager came around the corner and said we were doin too much I then said you can only sell me a pepperoni pizza base I'm not picky and I said we don't have to serve at all. So I stopped trading my card and told Ur safe, and you wouldn't get my money! This store has closed for a short time, not a long time ago, but if this is the type of employees who could have yall r also remain closed. This tore was formerly busy day and night and now it looks abandoned. Better.
