Jimmy John's - Amarillo

The two employees had no personality. He made the music while we made our sand to avoid small conversations. A sand that was really good, a sand that should have extra Mayo and salt and vinegar, it had neither, and very little turkey. No napkins anywhere in the restaurant and they have not put in their pockets. I usually love Jimmy John's, but this is far under standards.

We came to our hotel after an 8-hour drive and didn't feel like eating. We were pleased that the nearby Jimmy John’s would be prepared in our hotel room with the exact address and order just via their website. The food was delivered within 15 minutes and was fresh and tasty.

I'll never order agian from there. Jennifer is rude and disrespectful and I am from 13.28. they are slow and they have made my order several times. then the manager said that she doesn't have to talk to me about my order

I was here twice while I had a vacation in Amarillo. The first time was good, the second time (the next day) was very chaotic at noon and it took a while to receive my mobile order I had 15 minutes ago. They had to clean it up and give me almost the wrong sandwich. When I finally got my order, I ate it in the restaurant and it wasn't so great. Bread tasted old. Still, not terrible

The quality of the food at Soncy location has really declined during my recent visits. I ordered the Cubano with added lettuce and onions, which should come with pickles and Dijon mustard, but none of that was included. Instead, my sandwich was almost identical to my boyfriend’s Ultimate Porker, just with lettuce! It also wasn’t cut in half, despite my request. I can overlook that, but if the staff isn’t going to pay attention to what customers order, what’s the point of having a variety of sandwiches?
