La Table Ronde des Chevaliers - Alzonne

Passing through Azonne we saw La Table Ronde des Chevaliers and called in without booking. Our hosts were most welcoming and placed us in a lovely cool garden then followed up with an excellent supper, well prepared and delicious. A pleasantly rustic setting and meal, at a good price and good value. France at its best.

We have just spent 5 hours at this fantastic, friendly and welcoming restaurant. Our friends took us there as a treat because they know the owners and have stayed there on several occasions. It was our first visit but we will definitely be going back there again. It is family run and is open all year round - evening and lunchtime. They work so hard, but still make plenty of time to talk and give excellent service. Food delicious, too.

My wife and I were passing through Alzonne and came upon this little restaurant. We gave it a go and were not disappointed, it has a friendly ambience and it is essentially a family run establishment. If you want a pleasant meal in friendly surroundings you could do

Tiny, intimately lit restaurant full of interesting clutter. Food quite extraordinary due to the innovative and excellent cuisiniere.
