Shipley Do-nuts - Alvin

This place makes my wife happy, and that makes me happy too! Jokes aside, the donuts here are delicious, and the staff is fantastic. One thing I would suggest is using sweeter bread for their kolaches and opting for higher-quality sausages, as they lack a bit of flavor. Overall, a great spot!

I got two jalapeño kolaches, an apple fritter, and a large coffee for just ten bucks—what a deal! There was no wait in the drive-thru (though it was 2 PM, so that might explain it, haha). The staff was friendly, the kolaches were served hot, and they had a nice kick to them!

I visited this morning and ordered some kolaches, but the ends were hard. I opted for the large size, but they appeared quite small. The taste was definitely not fresh. Additionally, the lady at the drive-thru was a bit rude and didn’t seem happy to be working there. Overall, I was quite disappointed with my experience.

Coffee is burnt as hell. You forgot 3 kolaches, the 2 you did remember I could break a window with because they're that stale.

Great Shipley's location, kolaches are always a hit and their mixed donut holes are a great way to get a variety of each type of glazed donut!
