Tian An Men Square Wok And Grill

I ordered from this restaurant on July 16th and was disappointed to find that part of my order was missing. Instead of the egg rolls I requested, I received spring rolls. The pepper steak meal came with only six small pieces of beef, roughly the size of a quarter. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, they stated it was Grubhub's fault, not theirs. They seemed indifferent to the poor quality of the food and the missing items. I cannot recommend this place – they clearly do not value their customers and refuse to take responsibility for the quality of their meals. I will never order from this restaurant again! If I could give them a negative star rating, I would, but I have to settle for one star.

I arrived just in time for the lunch special. The food was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable.

I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant. While reviews varied across different sites, the most recent ones gave me hope that I might have finally found the American Chinese restaurant I had been searching for. Unfortunately, I ordered two dishes—beef and broccoli, and happy family—and both were a major letdown. The beef and broccoli was undercooked, the vegetables were nearly raw, and the sauce was watery and overly sweet. As for the happy family, the shrimp hadn't been cleaned properly and had a distinctly off seafood taste.

The restaurant is friendly and clean, serving American-style Chinese takeout food. The food quality is excellent, and the prices are even more attractive. The dinner portion is just right for one person. I particularly enjoyed the chicken broccoli, which is prepared with a delicious wine sauce—just the way I like it. The fried egg rolls are small but packed with tasty vegetables.

I really enjoy ordering takeout from here. The Mongolian beef is especially fantastic—so delicious and cooked to perfection!
