Bidrage med feedbackI had a delightful dinner here. The standout dish was definitely the beef roll; the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The dan dan mian was enjoyable, although I found the peanut sauce a bit too watery for my taste. I appreciated the noodles, especially since they weren’t spicy. I also ordered a cold cucumber side dish, which was tasty, though the thick cuts made it a bit challenging to handle. Finally, I tried the dumplings filled with pork, shrimp, and sea cucumber. I would order the dumplings again, but I’d stick to just the pork ones next time.

One of my favorite spots for meat pies and beef noodle soup before COVID, but sadly, it's now just another casualty of the pandemic. I used to visit weekly for the Bao 嘴香包 and 生煎包, as well as the meat and vegetarian pocket pies, and both beef and 小麵 noodles. It seems there's a new owner and a new menu, but unfortunately, the same poor standard of service typical of many Chinese restaurants. The noodle soup lacks any flavor now. After two visits, hoping it would return to the delightful experience I once loved, I’ve decided it's time to say a permanent goodbye.

They used to have the best Chinese beef pie in town, but I was really disappointed during my visit today because I found out they've changed ownership.
