This restaurant could benefit from better employee training. I've received the wrong order and cold food on multiple occasions, and it seems like there’s a lack of communication among the staff, which has resulted in long wait times.
This was the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. I ordered two pies through the app, but when I arrived, they told me they were out of them and offered no assistance. I also ordered a sundae, but they didn't give me a spoon. The staff seemed confused and showed no willingness to help.
I recently ordered through the McDonald's app and did a drive thru pickup at the McDonald's on 2310 W Commonwealth Alhambra. It was busy, but that's okay, I get it. When I went to pick up my order, they made me wait for my mocha frappe for more than 5 minutes at another window. It's busy, so I'm patient, but their attitude wasn't great. They accidentally gave my frappe to the car in front of me, without saying sorry or taking responsibility.When I finally got my mocha frappe, it was disappointing. The whipped cream filled only around 30% of the cup, and the drink wasn't blended properly there were icy chunks. Plus, my chicken nugget bag was oily at the bottom.Additionally, I've noticed that this isn't the first time I've encountered problems at this particular McDonald's location. It seems there's a consistent issue that needs attention. I believe they should invest more time in training their young employees to ensure better service for customers like me.It's worth emphasizing that the cost of the food and drinks, even if they're inexpensive, shouldn't excuse poor quality or subpar service. Everyone deserves a positive experience when they visit a restaurant, regardless of the price point. Hopefully, by sharing my feedback, the management will take steps to address these problems and improve the overall customer experience.I hope they'll take feedback constructively and work on enhancing their service and product quality moving forward.
Their drive- thru service is really bad. They take too long .
