Bidrage med feedbackI called on August 2, 2022, at 7 PM, but had to hang up and call back twice before someone finally answered. When I asked if I could place a to-go order, the woman who answered was very rude. She said they were backed up and not accepting any orders at that time, advising me to call back in 30 minutes if I wanted. I asked if they weren’t accepting any orders at all, and she simply replied no, then hung up on me. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional. I recommend going to the Chili's in Crystal Lake instead.
Food tastes okay , salsa was salty . Mango Iced tea was really good .
Lisa went above and beyond with my takeout order, which was initially messed up by DoorDash. I will definitely be ordering directly from the restaurant from now on. Thank you, Lisa and your wonderful team!
Our server did a great job and we tipped her for great service; however, the food quality was poor for one of the family members. Chipotle Chicken Mexican bowl did not taste right, and we complained to the server. She agreed to remove it from thebill; however, the manager declined to do so. The salad was not fresh, and my family member later got sick. We have beeneating at different Chili's restaurants for the last 20+ years, and this was one of the worst experiences we ever had. I don'tthink they care about customer service at this location. If they did, the manager could either make a new meal or give usrefund for poor quality entry. I hope the corporate HQ will look into this poor food quality issue.
I had some of the best service I've ever experienced. The staff was very attentive, and they were among the nicest people I've ever met in a dining setting.
