Thai Express Langley

It was decent, although they mistakenly prepared the wrong dish for me. I didn't order pineapple. There was a nice level of heat to the food, but I would have liked more vegetables.

This is the only Thai Express location that serves regular broccoli in their #8 instead of the advertised Chinese broccoli. On my last visit, the broccoli tasted spoiled, forcing me to throw out the entire plate. Honestly, this is the worst Thai Express I've been to, and I've visited many of their locations.

After the company's response: I did fill out your feedback form at the same time, and you're clearly aware of it. There is no real solution forthcoming from you. Your staff essentially misled me by claiming they could make the food super spicy, when in reality, they only have a pre-made sauce and cannot adjust the spice level. It would be better to be honest and let customers make their own choices. These business practices are truly disappointing.

My recent experiences with this restaurant have been disappointing. Today, I ordered two dishes that came to over $30, and unfortunately, both were overcooked. Upon opening the box, I noticed that the rice had blackened spots and smelled burnt. It was also very dry, with the overwhelming taste being that of the charred rice. We barely managed to eat any of it because it was inedible. I wish I could get my money back! I won't be returning to this place.

I'm genuinely surprised by the number of one-star reviews this place gets every time I order from here, as the food is consistently delicious.
