Mcdonald's - Aldergrove Langley

I had a terrible experience at this location. There are many new employees who clearly don't understand the standards that McDonald's is known for. I ordered a snack wrap, and it arrived cold after a long wait in line! It was really disappointing, and a $2 credit isn't an adequate compensation. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They need to hire better staff who actually know what they're doing!

I had some fries, and they were hot and delicious. However, I don't always prefer them that way. I would give it a rating of 3.

The restaurant is decent, but there are quite a few people hanging around who seem to be struggling. However, I understand that they need to eat too. I'm open to buying someone a meal if they need it.

This McDonald's located near the Langley/Surrey border is definitely our favorite. We've never encountered any issues with our orders—there have been no missing or incorrect items—and the drive-thru service is usually quite fast.

I tried to order a quarter pounder with cheese at this location, and to my surprise, the cashier suddenly shot my mom and then started dancing like in Fortnite while singing a poorly done falsetto rendition of Nicki Minaj’s "Barbie World." I will give an extra star for the clean atmosphere, however.
