Krause Berry Farms Estate Winery

I highly recommend this place for quality U-Pick. They ensure that visitors have a great picking experience by regularly opening and closing different sections. However, the waiting times for food can be quite lengthy.

I experienced a lengthy wait for my waffle, which sat on the tray for five minutes while the staff attended to other customers instead of serving it. I couldn’t understand why one employee was just standing there. To make matters worse, insects and bees were buzzing around and even landed on my waffle as I waited. When I finally received it, the waffle was soggy and far from appetizing. I returned it to the manager, but she did not offer any apology for the poor service I encountered. Instead, she was dismissive, merely asking what I wanted and expressing her desire to avoid an argument. Her conduct was unacceptable for someone in a managerial position and quite unprofessional. Overall, my experience was disappointing!

I had a wonderful experience on the Blueberry and Strawberry farm tour. I must highlight that the fruit tart waffles and wine were outstanding!
