Domino's Pizza - Aldergrove Langley

We ordered 2 large pizzas one pepperoni and one pepperoni/mushroom. We did not get a pepperoni pizza, they sent an onion and jalapeno. They sent out a replacement which was another pepperoni mushrooms. When we called to say that we still didn't get the correct pizza, the girl who answered told us we would have to come pick up as they were too busy to deliver to fix their mistake. I was absolutely shocked at the response. What kind of business doesn't correct their mistake and try to make things right? My boyfriend has ordered literally hundreds of pizzas from this location and we have never been treated like this. What a disappointment.

I’m done ordering from this location , ask for extra cheese , pay for extra cheese , don’t get extra cheese . The guys so cheap on the toppings . For what i paid , not worth it at all . I’d rather go to Pizza Hut down the road we’re I’ve never had a problem .

Worst service the guy on the phone is extremely rude wanted to order for a delivery and he started making up excuses and was telling me to come pick up by myself as he can't deliver on just a 3 minute drive from their store

Ordered pizza at 4:20 and got a call at 5:40 saying pizza on the way… it’s now 9:11 and still no sight of the pizza….never recommend this place

I called and asked for a margarita pizza and the guy on the phone said they don’t do that. Now been Italian and explaining what cheese and tomato on a pizza was to a so called restaurant that was supposed to be a pizza giant was embarrassing to my country.I wouldn’t go into an Indian or Chinese or Mexican restaurant and cook some other country’s food if I couldn’t make the most basic food let alone not know what that food was.
