Good rink play here alot, but the ice gets ruined fast but overall 5/5

I’m not sure who’s in charge besides a couple of teenagers or who does the interviews for their customer service desk but when I was in this faculty I seen a large lack of discipline. After being interviewed and asked questions that don’t apply to the position I had the pleasure of multiple staff members walking in abruptly during the interview. This was the most unprofessional interview I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing for a job I didn’t even need. I was just looking to fill some hours but by wasting my time you showed me I wasn’t missing out on anything the business had to offer. Oh and the staff say the worst thing about working there is “the hockey parents”. Great to know the staff support the main revenue of the industry.

The quality of the skates are terrible and there are no staff around if you need help. The ice rink was full and there was about 6 bars out there for kids to use. My child had to wait for so long before she could even skate. I asked for somebody to bring more bars and hot to ask repeatedly. I would not come back here.

It's too cold compared to other rinks and the heater doesn't do much
