They put a smiley face on my bag, which really brightened my rainy day. They also accommodated my requests and changes, which was fantastic. I'm a happy customer!

The fries were inedible, indicating that the person responsible for collecting the fry bins merely served the last scraps. After midnight, orders are treated as if they're being given away to homeless individuals, as if the food is free at the owner's expense. Willowbrook A&W used to be one of the best locations, but now the staff ignores customer requests, forgets items, and the manager on duty speaks to customers with a blatant lack of respect. It feels like customers are begging for free food, and while there may be a cheerful demeanor in person, the phone interactions are abysmal.

My wife and I visited for lunch on a weekday around noon. We decided to dine in and ordered double teen burgers along with regular and yam fries. The staff member who took our order was friendly and efficient. Despite a constant flow of customers both inside and in the drive-thru, our food was ready fairly quickly. The burgers were fresh and tasted fantastic—unlike many other fast-food places, they actually resembled the pictures on the menu! Overall, it was a delightful lunch, and I would definitely return and recommend this place.

I visited this restaurant with my boyfriend as part of our Great Onion Ring Adventure, where we sampled onion rings from five different fast food spots to find the best one. Thanks to GMM for their onion ring comparison that sparked our cravings! A&W's onion rings took the top spot for us. They were so delicious that I nearly forgot to snap a photo before we started eating! They had the ideal crunch, perfectly sized onion pieces, and the seasoning was spot on. Truly a five-star onion ring experience!

A&W's food is fantastic! I especially love the Mama Burger with extra onions. On Friday evenings, you can enjoy custom cars cruising around, which is a great way to relax and digest your meal.
