Frank's Famous Chicken Waffles

We ordered the loaded fries, the bun and wad, and the shrimp peak. All of them were good, but the fries were the standout. The bun and wad were properly cooked, but the wad seemed out of place at a waffle house and the bun was a bit too simple. The Po-Junge sandwich was decent but tasted more like a banh mi than a Po-Junge. The fries were loaded with mac and cheese, bacon, chicken, sauce, and green peppers.

This place is amazing! Everything was delicious! I ordered the 6-piece meal with 2 sides. It came with a tasty cinnamon butter and maple syrup. The presentation was great, and the mac and cheese, greens, fried mushrooms, and red beans and rice were all very tasty. I would definitely go back. The staff is friendly and made sure everything was perfect.

The waffles are thin but delicious because they are made with a special type of flour. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Prices were reasonable and the service was excellent. We enjoyed our experience so much that we returned the next day. Will definitely be back again.

The 8 advertised famous plate and the junior plate, the 3 wings is a waffel the wings were crispy and tasty, and the offers were juicy and thick. the waffels are thin and the perfect texture to accompany the shun. I also love the zimtbutter, and although that was not as spiced as I like it myself, the louisiana hot soße on the table was fantastic personal was also amazingly friendly! highly recommended to come here.

Had a late lunch, yesterday, at Frank's. First time dining there. The place had a good energy about it and I liked the music they were playing. Lots of rock and roll memorabilia adorning the restaurant. Somebody is a big fan of Prince.My server was friendly and attentive. Food came out pretty quick after ordering.I ordered the fried chicken and waffles with a side of fried okra. Sweet tea to drink. The waffles were absolutely delicious as was the fried okra. Fried to perfection. The chicken, however, was oversalted. I say this as a person who likes salty foods....but this was just too salty for my taste. It was fried nicely... someone just got heavy handed with the salt. The sweet tea was the best I've had since moving from the Southeastern U.S. to Albuquerque in 2020.I'll go back. Give the joint a second chance because there was a lot of really good food that I enjoyed.
