Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Very very poor customer service. Called at 7:50pm on a Wednesday night and called several times with no answer. Finally someone picked up and told me they weren't taking orders anymore as they were about to close. Poor customer

I ordered 3 pizzas and ALL of them arrived UNCOOKED!! I called up the store and asked them how they could make such a ridiculous mistake and they LAUGHED at me. If I wanted to cook pizza myself, I would have made DiGiorno which is not delivery. It's DiGiorno. ?

Never been disappointed. I’ve been getting pizza here since I was a small child and even the botched orders turned out to still be delicious. Also, maybe it’s just speculation, but the employees here look happier than a lot of other work places. The high schoolers working are often playing around with each other, but always acquire a seriousness when it’s time to help a customer. It’s nice to see them having a good time at work and still completely able to do a fantastic job at whatever they’re tasked with. ALSO the only place where they give you extra sauce when you ask. Truly appreciate the variety of vegetarian (ish) options as I don’t like meat on my pizzas often. You wouldn’t even know the vegetarian pizzas have no meat. Very flavorful and rich. Your employees deserve a raise, they rock

Consistent, friendly, healthy and efficient dining. It's take away only, but that doesn't mean they don't deserve a huge tip. I've walked in and they hadn't gotten to my pizza yet, and have always made me feel like a priority. I walk away feeling like the most important customer every time I leave.If I had to give them any feedback, it would be that when I call and they provide a time, to give me a later time, rather than earlier. I've been told my pizza will be ready in 25 minutes, arrive on the nose 25 minutes later, and they'll have to prioritize my pie(s) due to backlog. But, I've never waited more than five or seven minutes to walk back out the door after paying.Also, be aware, they are making salads to-order now, which I LOVE, so if you don't want to wait on those, order them when you call in your order.

Great pizzas, quality ingredients, well proportioned. Along with family affordable prices makes it a must for a frugal family during these wallet busting, costly times. A 1 AAA rating.
