I couldn't place an order online, and I really don't want to wait around 45 minutes in the drive-thru. The food isn't good enough to justify that wait.

On August 30, 2022, I ordered a Cobb salad, but unfortunately, it was poorly prepared and overcooked. I reached out to the manager on August 31, 2022, to address my concerns. When I explained the situation, he seemed dismissive, asking what my issue had to do with his food. He told me that if I returned the salad, he would make me a new one. However, it feels frustrating to have to drive back, especially since I already sent him pictures and video evidence of the problem.
