Subway - Albany

I was a bit disappointed to find out that there was no steak available, especially since it makes up almost a third of the menu. I had been really looking forward to trying a Philly cheesesteak. On a positive note, the store and parking area were clean, and it seemed well-equipped. The staff prepared the sandwiches quickly, but they didn't come across as very friendly; there was a bit of mumbling under their breath. Nevertheless, I plan to visit again to see if they can make my favorite sandwich and to hopefully encounter a more welcoming staff.

The service was quite unwelcoming and unpleasant, characterized by a rude demeanor.

This is the second time I've ordered online from here. Then get home and it's not what I ordered. This is not Italian herbs and cheese bread. Guess they just give you what they want.

I really enjoy the personal pizzas—I had no idea Subway offered them until I ordered through the app. The pizza was exactly how I wanted it and absolutely delicious. I ordered two pizzas, a pack, and a melt. The staff at the counter were very polite and made sure I had everything I needed in my order, which I truly appreciated.

Was great! Staff is nice and they actually had everything. Lol
