Steak 'n Shake - Albany

The food was enjoyable, but we had to wait nearly 45 minutes for it to arrive, and they also forgot our milkshakes.

The restaurant wasn't busy at all, but the staff was very rude throughout our visit. There were only two other patrons inside—a woman and her young son—along with my partner and me. When the mother and child left, the little boy called out "thank you" multiple times, but none of the employees acknowledged him or reciprocated his gratitude for their meal.

This place would be perfect as a training center because it shines in cleanliness and has happy staff. They are capable of preparing fresh, incredible food, and the shakes were exceptional! They were the best my family has ever had at any Steak 'n Shake location!

I moved to the marked parking "car hop" and followed the directions on the sign. since it was my first time, I had to download the app and sign up. I continued to place my order, but I could not choose “Car Hop” so I chose “Curbside Pickup” which I feel is the same. I put my order and the last screen said to call the restaurant when they arrive. I called the restaurant and they said they didn't order. I am in front of 39 with directions in front of me on a company mark and the people inside are oblivious? that's not mcdonalds. I pay $11 for my frisco and shouldn't have to deal with it. take the signs at least or honor them. that would be cool after 30.
