I went through the drive-thru, and the person taking our order had a hard time understanding what we wanted. It turned into a confusing back-and-forth conversation that lasted about five minutes.

The chocolate minishake was absolutely delightful! I loved it, and the fish sandwich was just as tasty! The curly fries were also hot and fresh. A big thank you to all the staff! My family and I will definitely be returning for more delicious food!

Teresa in Arby's is exceptional! She is warm, personal, friendly and she is a wonderful representative for the brand Arby. Not another employee would have bothered customers, including managers. No eye contact. No greeting when we arrived. Only Teresa seemed to take care of the guests' experiences, and she lets us visit Arbys. Thanks Teresa and we are grateful for your professionalism and warmth.

Great staff. Very helpful. The place was pampered with travelers and locals. Staff worked hard, were very pleasant and delivered good food, while a smile and interact with everyone in the shop joking and laughing with customers.
