The hot cross buns were delightfully light, perfectly spiced, and packed with great fruit. Furthermore, the seed bread made for a fantastic lunch—crispy and nutty in flavor, but with a wonderful texture. It's a pity I don't work nearby; I would love to enjoy a midweek lunch like this more often!

The breads, pastries, coffee, and staff at Three Mills Bakery are exceptional. You must try their Walnut and Quinoa bread—it's delicious!
