The Blue Rooster - Ajax

Delicious food and excellent service! I had "The Wake Up Call" for breakfast, while my wife enjoyed the Florentine Eggs Benedict. These are hands down the best pancakes and Eggs Benedict in Ajax, no contest. I particularly liked the option of choosing shredded (grilled) potatoes, and I'm tempted to try the deep-fried version on my next visit. Their lunch menu also looks amazing. I highly recommend checking out this hidden gem!

Simply awesome breakfast...great service. First time here...will be coming back when in the area visiting family...from northern Ontario. Have a favorite breakfast restaurant there but the Blue Rooster out does it...good job!!

I ordered the kids menu and it was a large portion. The french toast was one of the best I've ever had. Loved it and would come back again.
