I really enjoy visiting Grays in the morning or afternoon because the atmosphere is so cozy, and the staff is consistently polite and patient with guests. I went there on Wednesday with my grandparents, and our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. I can't recall her name, but she always had a smile, which is a rare and wonderful thing to see nowadays.
