I ordered 1 combo meal and one of the main course has a cockroach . So disappointing and will not go back to eat there again. Definitely not recommended to others. Staff should have a proper training especially with the hygiene and cleanliness especially you are handling a food industry. So bad. Aya the waitress captain was very nice and she gave us really nice service and I want to give her a bravo thank you so much and I love the food. Aya was kind and when she saw that my daughter was not happy with the meat that was chewy she offered us another round of meat that was very tender so thank you for the Management and we will come back again for sure. We had a late dinner here, the pricing and food quality is good overall. Especially for a QSR establishment. The only problem is how loud and disturbing the food court can be on the weekend but this is in no fault of the restaurant. The honest crispy chicken and the soup are wonderful, however for a place called Mr. Kimchi the actual kimchi served was very average in taste.
