Bidrage med feedbackI am from Yamagata prefecture. This soba is delicious. It is not thick and firm country soba, but has a moderate thickness and a good texture. The tempura vegetables are made with mountain vegetables and are very tasty. You can also enjoy wine from the winery in Yamagata. I recommend it to people from outside the prefecture as well.
The vegetable tempura is delicious! Especially around May, you can enjoy the wild vegetables, so I highly recommend it. The soba noodles are thin, but they have a strong soba aroma. The restaurant, located in a traditional old house, is also cozy and relaxing.
