びえい Hé Niú と Xún Cǎi Tàn Huǒ Gē Pēng Guī Hè

This restaurant is absolutely delicious. They carefully prepare fresh shrimp, sea urchin, and clams straight from the tank. The corn tempura, Biei pork peach salad, and Inca wake-up fry were particularly delicious. Ordering the sashimi platter is a must! The beef tempura is a unique menu item here. I highly recommend this restaurant and would love to come back when I'm in Furano. We had a great time eating and drinking here and our bill came to 15,000 yen for three people.

It was excellent. All dishes were of a high standard and delicious, with quality ingredients and advanced techniques. If you come to Biei, I think you should only go here. The sashimi platter is especially recommended. Thank you.

I visited without a reservation on a weekday, and the restaurant was bustling with locals and repeat customers. It's no wonder, as the food was surprisingly delicious and high-quality, yet the prices were very reasonable. The Biei beef and live mantis shrimp were exquisite! The service was also polite, and I had a wonderful time. I definitely want to visit this restaurant again.
