Bidrage med feedbackI had the Arasa soba set for 1030 yen. The aroma of the Arasa was delicious. The noodles had ground seaweed mixed in, giving them a smooth texture. The building is also recognized as a tangible cultural property, and the atmosphere of the old folk house was lovely!
There is a second parking lot, so parking space seems to be secure. Located on a quiet street off the main road, it is a lovely old traditional house. The Okinawan soba was delicious. However, I was bothered by the close proximity between seats in the tatami room, so I couldn't take many photos. With COVID-19 going on, the spacing between seats is a concern. There are separate seating areas for groups and a few seats in the courtyard. The zenzai dessert that other customers were enjoying looked really delicious, but I was too full from the set meal to try it, which was disappointing. It's a restaurant that makes you want to go back again.
This restaurant is housed in a traditional old folk house, which is a designated cultural property. Just that is worth a visit. Although Arthur's soba is said to be famous, I opted for the delicious Okinawan pork soba set. It was really tasty. There is a banana tree in the garden, and I saw bananas growing on it for the first time in a while. Even though I didn't get to meet the cute cat on the signboard, I was able to relax in the garden after the meal and enjoy a pineapple juice.
機会があるなら来るといいさぁ~。 古民家を使ってのお店なんて今や貴重よ。 入り口からして興奮。 おじいおばあのお家にいる感覚ね。雰囲気大好き。 お味も上等。部屋の真ん中で大の字で寝たい。過ごしたい。維持するのが大変になってくると思うけどこの空気感の素敵すぎるお店は沖縄行った際に何度と訪れたいと思いますね。
お土産屋さんのお姉さんに聞いた沖縄そばの有名店。 麺が他と違って、モチモチとしてアーサが練り込まれてる麺でした。翡翠麺的な稲庭うどんみたいな感じです。 そばはもちろん、評判どおり美味しいのですが、一番美味しいと思ったのが、“ジューシー(炊き込みごはん)”です。しっかり炊き込み、濃ゆ目に味付けされたゴハンは、沖縄の中で、一番美味しいんじゃないかと思うお味でした。 あまり、じゅーしーをジューシーに思ったことはなかったんですが、今回初めて文字どおりの『ジューシーなじゅーしー』でしたね。言うても私が訪れたことのある10〜15件ぐらいの中からですけどね(笑) 店舗が有形文化財として登録されているといことで、ゆっーーーくりと時間が流れているなんとも趣きのある沖縄そば屋さんでした。 予約席ということで、小団体(5〜8人ぐらい)で使える“離れ”みたいなところもあるみたいですよ。
