スーパー Huí Zhuǎn Shòu Sī ミラクルあおば

This is my fourth visit. There are plenty of sushi made with fresh local fish. There are many types of sushi that you can't see in my hometown, Chiba prefecture. So, I tend to eat too much. But it's delicious, so it's priceless! That's why it's worth a visit. It's completely different from chain conveyor belt sushi!! Highly recommended.

You can enjoy seasonal fish depending on the time of year. When I asked for recommendations, I was suggested to try the squid, and I was very satisfied with both the dish and the polite service from the staff at the restaurant.

This is a local revolving sushi restaurant. Compared to chain stores like Sushiro, there are no creative sushi dishes like "grilled cheese", and it is a bit more expensive, but there were plenty of delicious toppings. What impressed me the most was the fried horse mackerel and anglerfish. The anglerfish had a few small bones, but the flesh was plump and juicy, and the horse mackerel melted in my mouth (I went at the end of May, so it may not be available depending on the season). There are counter seats and booth seats, and you can borrow a chair for babies to sleep in. They also offer takeout, so I plan to try it next time.

名前からして回転寿司とはわかりにくい回転寿司屋です。 地元の新鮮なお魚がネタということで行ってみました。 【雰囲気】 ネタはいわゆる百円寿司にありがちなネタもありますが、メニューや回っている説明が書かれたシートを見るに、近海ものとか、網で取れたとか、釣りものとか書かれており、見るだけで楽しくなります。 あまりネタは回っておらず、直接注文するのが基本のようです。 【ネタ】 今回頂いたネタは以下の通りです 順不同 コチ、鯖、アラカブ、カワハギ、イサキ、生エビ、石鯛、イトヨリ、クサビ ベラ 、アジ、魚フライ、カキフライ ネタはどれもプリップリの新鮮で、ショア、オフショアでの釣りが趣味の私ですが、文句なしです 【気になった事】 ただし、これは回転寿司に求めてはいけないと思いつつ、これだけネタが良かったら 新鮮 、シャリはもう少しこだわって頂ければ満点と思いました。 シャリは正直言って押し固められた一口オニギリです、、、回転寿司と割り切ればアベレージなのですが、ネタが良いだけに残念です、、、 【まとめ】 しかし、地元の魚屋に並ばないネタや、釣り人しか食べられないネタを食べてみたい方はお勧めです。
