Jiǔ Cài の Yǐn れ Jiā Yuè あかり Bái Shí Diàn

I explored Shirakawa in Fukushima. The area in front of the station was quiet, but this restaurant was great! They were grateful and accommodating even for a solo diner. I found a good restaurant!

I visited the restaurant on a whim. Initially, I was seated next to a smoker, so I asked if I could change seats, and they promptly moved me to a table further away from the smoking section. I enjoyed beers, sours, and hoppy drinks without any issues with the speed of service. The recommended menu item, chicken vinegar, was sweet and sour, and perfect for accompanying drinks. Other dishes such as the simmered beef tongue were generally delicious. However, the sushi I ordered at the end had soggy rice and was not up to par. As I was leaving, the staff apologized for accidentally seating me near the smoking area, showing their thoughtfulness. Overall, I think it's a restaurant with attentive service.
