老闆娘很親切的介紹，雖然她聽不懂我的國語 也很耐心的聽，去台北一定要吃 燒的剛剛好，牛排不太肥不太瘦，太好吃了

我老婆最大的快樂就是來這裡吃牛排,對於什麼都不求的她這裏就是她最愛的禮物 感謝神創造了這間店讓我得到救贖啊 你們一定覺得我浮誇但....認識我老婆的人就知道我說的是真的.....我可以發誓啊

換菜單了，新增加的生菜沙拉以凱薩型態當基底再增加美生菜，再灑了點醃橄欖，還有很多的炸蒜味麵包、起司粉、玉米粒，滿足感跟多變性滿強的。 不過我最欣賞的控火卻出現因人而異的表現差異，平常掌爐那個瘦瘦高高的男性，不論三、五、七分的上肩，都可以端出邊緣焦脆，卻又能確保要求熟度的，在上次用餐時沒看到，就少了邊緣焦脆感....個人吃遍了中永和的炭烤牛排，真覺得那控火能力真的是有一套，希望換人掌爐也能有一樣素質。畢竟我帶去的一些人，跟我一樣都覺得你們中和店的特色在牛肉有草飼牛風味卻又在進入開始熟成的儲存狀態，還有特別的火控！！
