Arby's - West Jordan

I specifically requested certain sauces at the drive-through, and the employee confirmed my request. However, when I got home, I found that there were no sauces at all in either bag. It seems that the service has not improved since previous reviews. It also appears that none of the employees speak English as their first language. If you don’t speak Spanish, I would suggest choosing a different location.

The woman at the register said I 'm assuming to go ? I said no we 're going to stay here to eat and she said I just assumed since I could hear kids excuse me for bringing my kids to your very fancy fine establishment to dine in. And if I 'm beingcompletely honest my kids were well behaved and did not make a mess. Either way those type of comments are not appreciated, thatbeing said I still like the food and nothing know by ringing their Bell.

Shrinkflation hits Arby's. I've had turkey ranch bacon sandwiches here plenty of times. But check out the photo. Two thin, see-through slices of turkey? Three small rings of onions. Not even leaf lettuce. I had to spread the toppings out myself andthey couldn't even bother cutting the sandwich. What is worse is that the supposedly 3 oz classic roast beef sandwiches that webought were missing about half the meat they should have had. Check out the photo. 1.6 oz. instead of 3. Seriously???? False advertising at best. Seems like Arby's is trying to lose customers.

The food was disappointing once again. I had previously vowed not to return after my last visit when I tried their burger, which was awful. Yesterday, the French dip was just as bad—unappetizing, rubbery, and unpleasant. Even the cheese tasted off. I’m done for good. Goodbye, Arby's; you prioritize speed and quantity over quality.

I ordered the Wagyu Burger without onions, and it was definitely not worth the $7.00. It arrived cold and lacked flavor. There are much better burger options available for the same price. Thanks, Arby's, but I won't be coming back. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is that the cashier was very polite and helpful.
