As a food courier, I must say that my experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The staff completely ignored me while I was waiting, to the point where I felt invisible. I had to wait 25 minutes for them to finalize an order before they even called it out. The organization was shocking; I witnessed other customers standing in line while a worker casually walked away from the cash register without any reason. This was a terrible experience that wasted both my time and money, as I work under tight deadlines. They really need to consider hiring a new manager who understands how to properly manage tasks and acknowledge all staff.
Hi so i ordered a delivery around 2 pm. I asked for a medium apple juice and I received this.Does it look like a medium apple juice to you guys?This is not the first time messing up my order
This is my 4-7th time ordering McDonald’s online. I usually order McNuggets most of the time and add extra dip but never received the dip including the extra I pay for. Since then, I always start to steer away from getting McDonald’s. They are always so close but today thankfully, they gave all the dips but FORGOT THE MAIN ITEM! MCNUGGETS! Honestly this isn’t just this location. It’s always the night shift. Not blaming night shift workers but mainly the manager for this. We are all tired of refunds. Every time I have to triple check my items from drive through so I don’t make a fit. Please whoever is packaging the bags. Just LOOK at the receipt and make sure each item is their INCLUDING EXTRAS. Management step up.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered 4 chicken nuggets, but the guy on the other end kept saying 10 nuggets. He asked me to repeat my order multiple times and didn't seem to be listening at all. I will never return to this place.
