**Service:** The customer service was excellent, and the young lady who took our order was very kind. **Food:** There were plenty of delicious and filling options on the menu. **Environment:** The Prado offers spacious dining, both indoors and on the patio. We chose to sit outside on the patio to enjoy the beautiful garden view, as it was a lovely day. **Restroom:** Please note that the Prado doesn't have restrooms inside the restaurant, so you'll need to step out to the courtyard, which is just a short walk (less than a minute) away.

Our host and server provided a thorough explanation of their procedures, which put us at ease. We placed our order, and the food was spectacular, just as we had hoped. The service was excellent, but the prices were a bit higher than expected; however, everything tends to be expensive these days, so that was no issue for us. The best part was that my son did not have any reaction to gluten, which speaks volumes about their commitment to food safety. We had a fantastic experience overall!
