Ralph's Famous Italian Ice - Patchogue

I visited Ralph's with my parents to enjoy some ice cream, and unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience. The manager, an older lady, took our order but got my mom's order wrong. When we politely asked if she could remake the Palm Tree Ralfie, she refused, stating that once a customer touches it, there are no refunds or remakes. The attitude she gave us was off-putting, leading us to start going to a different Ralph's instead. We also began avoiding this location whenever we saw her there. The younger staff members always confirmed our orders at the end, which the old lady consistently failed to do, contributing to the mix-up. We definitely won’t be returning for service from that manager again.

Owner of Patchogue Ralph?s ices is an extremely rude and unprofessional person. I will never patronize this particular establishment again! My daughter ordered from the menu, asking for a sundae (she pointed to the picture and stated the name of what she wanted). She was given something totally different and asked for the item to be replaced. She was told to throw out the item and then the owner told her she had to purchase a new ice cream. When I called she was rude to me as well. All she cares about is money. She told me and my daughter that if she replaced the ice cream she would be losing money. I am disgusted by this!
