Asian-looking, artistically oriented, demanding, light and demanding creations... My highlight in the 3-course menu: Zen Garden – Variations on gooseberry! Such a joy! Soul food from the finest! Unconditionally worth mentioning: the exquisite wine accompaniment, among others also German top winner Van Volxem, Bernhard Huber, the attentive, expertly discreet service. Then all this will be doubled on the day after that: day cooking course under the direction of Fine Dining’s chef, Maurice Krieg, shooting stars of the gastronomy scene – which is fortunate! The spark of enthusiasm jumps over, this passion for food, for the carefully valued type of preparation, passion for the high art of cooking! What a dictator! Carpe Diem!
