Catastrophic service, took them 30 minutes to take an order 90 mins for food and this despite the fact that is rather empty

This is a fake Japanese restaurant since the cook and owner are Chinese. They do not know how to prepare rice and the sushi tastes is terrible but they charge a high price. 90% of the taste of sushi is rice but they do not know how to prepare the rice since they do not use sakke and proper ingredients. Their miso soup is actually Chinese and not truly miso. Service is slow and unresponsive. If you really want Japanese food, avoid this restaurant since it is fake.

Visited the place on a wednesday evening with a group of 3. We sat at the bar, which had very nice napkins and all the basics you expect at a sushi restaurant. The sushi itself tasted great, good variety and good quality. The staff was very friendly and checked on us with a decent frequency. My go to sushi place in Leipzig, not the cheapest place but for quality you have to expect to pay. I really like the touch with the boat-conveyor belt, a cool gimmick.

Definitiw the best sushi in the city we have tested some. it's a must if we're in the world. do not forget to make a reservation. that can be.

Platz is ridiculously overpriced. especially in a region of the world where the fish is probably dead for a few days. I don't want to sound hard.
