Terrible experience! I ordered a pizza for delivery on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, and it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive, despite the fact that I live just 5 minutes away from the restaurant. When I called to inquire about my order, I was met with extreme rudeness from Charlotte, who interrupted me as I tried to explain the situation. She hung up on me without offering any apology. This location on Highway 157, Cooper Street, has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place! It seems they have little regard for our community. This company is bound for failure if they continue this way.

PLEASE tell the Rhome location to get it together. EVERY TIME I order 4-5 items for delivery, they leave one out. Then we sit here with the rest of the food getting cold, waiting for them to deliver the item they forgot to bring. My name has been grossly misspelled on the ticket since the store opened. EVERY TIME I call, I ask them to fix it, the person says they do, and they don 't. They said they made a note for drivers to come to the door in my carport. I use a wheelchair. They still go to the front door that we don 't use, and the food gets even colder waiting on them to finally hear me hollering at them to come to the side of the house. This time they wrote on the receipt Go threw karport . I didn 't misspell either of those words. That 's how they wrote it. threw and karport . That should explain it all. So, this location has taught us locals to not order too much food. I 'm certain that 's the opposite of Mr Jim 's goal. If we order literally 4-5 items, something will be forgotten . I 'm not talking about enough for a huge party, just a few so each person can have their favorite. So, only order 1 or 2 items. Accept it will be colder while they keep pounding on the front door, that we have furniture in front of, because nobody pays attention to the note that I remind them about every time I call. I am hoping and praying for other delivery options to arrive here soon because we 're going to stop ordering from Mr Jim 's until they get their stuff together. I 've eaten at other Mr Jim 's locations, and never had these kinds of problems. Tried to let them know on their corporate website form, and of course, there was an error submitting message. Typical!

The Mr.Jims.Pizza on Beltline rd in Desoto TX, doesn’t require their staff who’s preparing a pizza to wear a mask or hair net. I would never order from there again!!!!

I ordered a meat lovers pizza online. It came quickly and the delivery man was courteous and obeyed social distancing. The pizza was delicious. Not over topped or soggy. Something about the pizza made it taste exactly the same when reheated. I would definitely order from here again. Carollton location!

The pizza was overcooked, and there wasn't enough cheese to cover the whole pie. When I tried to contact the store about the issue, I was given the runaround. The prices were already higher than those of other vendors, so I would recommend saving yourself the hassle and looking elsewhere.
