I was out picking up a few items when I decided to stop by for a dessert. I informed the cashier about my food allergies, as I always do. The person who prepared my drink made sure to wash the blender before making it, which I really appreciated. The establishment was clean, and I didn't have to wait long for my drink. I loved the atmosphere there, and my Matcha Frap was delicious and exactly what I needed. I highly recommend stopping by!
I arrived here at 5:20 AM, and the place was closed—everything was dark and locked up. I checked their hours on Yelp, which said they opened at 4:00 AM, but the sign on the door indicates they open at 5:00 AM daily. What's going on? I'm really disappointed. I genuinely preferred this spot, but I can’t give it any more stars since I made the effort to choose Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf over Starbucks, only to find they can't even open on time. Looks like I'll be heading back to Starbucks, which is sadly frustrating.
This restaurant offers exceptional takeout options! The food is nothing short of fantastic, earning a perfect score. The service is equally impressive, with staff who are attentive and friendly. Even though I enjoyed my meal at home, the atmosphere of the restaurant really shone through, creating a delightful overall experience. Highly recommend!
7/4/23 7:20p I walked into this location and asked are you still open? Kris, the supervisor on duty currently replies, yes, and walks away. She appears to be cleaning up and getting ready to end the day. I proceed to order my beverage, and then head to the end of the line to get the bathroom key. When I asked Kris for the key, she responds. Our bathroom closed with her back, turned to me, and then says L& L has a bathroom. It was at this point. I asked if she was a manager, she responded. no I 'm the supervisor. I was dumbfounded at her behavior and inability to pause, and turn around and make eye contact was this for training, or just her demeanor? Either way it was unacceptable at this time., I proceeded to tell her how I felt that I was a bother to her and she was quite dismissive from the moment I walked into this location, and I found it very sad as I enjoy shopping at this location. I proceeded to tell her it appeared as I was a bother and she just wanted me out of the store so she could clean up and go home. She asked what did she say That made me feel that way. And I proceeded to repeat myself and regards to her dismissive and disgusting display of behavior and nonverbal actions As a paying customer I felt so disregarded. As I walked out of the store. Kris says have a good night with a half smirk on her face , in which I replied, you did a good job ruining it, thank you, Kris. And to make matters more interesting. It appears that the employee that helped to make my drink was still in training, and observed this whole ordeal. Kris also appeared Irritated as he asked her where to find the honey for the green tea that I ordered. I plan to follow up with the store manager, and even the district manager to insure that no customer has indoor this type of dismissive and disrespectful behavior.
