Wendy's - Chesterfield

My experience at this Wendy's was astonishing. I ordered my food through the drive-thru and had to wait at the window for about 4-5 minutes without anyone greeting me. Eventually, Keith opened the window with my food in hand but didn't say a word, only waiting for my payment. When I finally received my order, it was cold and, to my surprise, wrong. I sent it back and observed what was happening inside the drive-thru. I witnessed them literally take the sandwich out of my bag and hand it to another customer while shoving my nuggets back to me. This is a serious health concern. I will not be returning to this Wendy's again; both the service and the food were terrible!

The spicy chicken wasn't fresh, but it did the job. Food: 4/5.

Most Wendy's locations are usually pleasant, but not this one. During my visit, there were two different staff members who seemed disinterested when taking our order. It was clear they didn’t want to confirm our selections, which made for a frustrating experience.

The dining room is still closed. fastest travel thru I have ever experienced so that we went through twice lol food: 5/5

Nice place, good food. Can't go wrong.Diner was closed last time we went a few months ago. Closer again this time too. Not sure if its ever open really. Staff could barely hear us through the mic, not their fault.Food: 5/5
