Bidrage med feedbackI happened on Sunday at about 15.00, while hungry I thought I'd go home and have a bite to fly. I had changed my mind and decided to stop at a pizzeria I met next to eating a pizza. The pizzeria was semi-empty and was about to close and, above all, did not make pizza but would welcome us for a pasta dish. Wanting pizza, we declined and we were leaving. We went in front of this second pizzeria/tractor and looking at us we saw the whole group of staff sitting at the table to have lunch. At this point, thinking it was closing too, we also left from there. We stopped on the sidewalk to exchange a chat to decide what to do, now we had made our idea not to go home and eat: . At that very moment one of the restaurateurs came out, who was sitting at the table eating, and asked us if we wanted to come in. We asked about what they could prepare us and so adapted from the dishes proposed and kindness, from the homemade atmosphere of the trattoria, we have accommodated. Result: amazing!!!! We ate a portion of algae pancakes ... with real algae (not those from frozen bustona to the supermarket !!! Then a portion of fresh marinated anchovies, filled with fresh mussels, tasty and cooked at the right point, perhaps for my tastes only a little too pepper. First a portion of linguine to the delicious rock, with telline, lupini,cozze, calamari. The pasta was al dente and the tomatoes and the oil of condiment excellent. By now sazi, we gave up a dish of fried anchovies previously ordered, but we could not resist the temptation to taste the dessert proposed to a gentleman sitting at the table next: the ice cream, a slice of an ice cream tronchetto to the taste of vanilla and hazelnut, covered by a sheet of sponge bread and squash of bitter syrup. All friendly and welcoming in a family way. We took a few dishes to divide in two and they served us very nicely... the dough stacked like two half portions in two different dishes and with a beautiful presentation and ice cream in a single dish with two slices and its two spoons place specularly. The staff was very kind to us and with a contagious smile. In addition to enjoying the food we enjoyed the relaxed and cheerful and familiar air that was breathing in the room. Prices much more than honest than a good quality of food and condiments and a direct cuisine, aimed at exaltation of ingredients, and with comprehensible flavors. All right, well, we just have to go home. Ah, I add, after a long weekend wandering around different locations where I thought about reading trip reviews, this was the only one I had read about and wanted to experience blindly:
We were there for the second time, but alas this time in comparison to the first we ate badly. Genovese fake, without meat, also bad for the pasta definitely cheap
Tactical place, near the highway. Efficient and very friendly management. Inside and rustic. Menù fissò with appetizer and sublime pizza. Thank you!
