Caldera Brewing Company - Ashland

First time visitI'm actually a wine snob but thought I would venture out of my comfort zone. Started with a 5 glass sampler of brews.

I'm giving them 5 stars for their Toasted Coconut Chocolate Porter It is arguably one of the best beers I have ever had.

I freaking love their ginger aleI would give them 5 stars for that alone.

This place is 5 stars. Unfortunately it won't show up under the vegan although there are vegan options. The loaded fries (minus cheese) were amazing! The mushroom appetizer as well. They have so many options; a black bean burger, pizza (order no cheese and GF). The chili is vegan as well. Updated from previous review on 2022-04-15

Enjoyed our food and drink. Ate on the patio. Plenty of attention till we were ready to go. Had to hunt down waitress for our bill. Will stop in again!
